This system takes laser cutting machine as the main body, realizes the development of high precision automatic distance measurement controller, in order to achieve high efficiency and high precision workpiece processing. In this paper, the overall design of the system is given, and the methods of software model building and hardware implementation are proposed. The results of software simulation and debugging of target board show that the function and precision of automatic ranging can meet the application requirements and improve the cutting quality.
This is of great significance for solving high-speed real-time data processing, error analysis and calculation, and realizing production automation control. Finally, the paper points out the tentative ideas and technological development trend for further application research. The system uses VLSI SOC and Programmable Logic Device (PLD) FPGA to work together, realizes high-speed real-time data processing and error calculation and analysis, thermostatic element and uses high-speed photoelectric encoder to automatically detect the distance between the workpiece to be processed and the laser head, so as to realize system automation [3].
In Figure 1, the cutting system takes control system as its core [3-5]. The control system receives the signals from the speed detection system and processes them to get the speed of the production line, calculates the cutting position and track, compensates the displacement of the packaging paper caused by the continuous movement of the production line, and outputs the control signal to the laser and optical scanning system to realize the cutting action [3-6].
