APPLICATION & SOLUTION

Heating - Thermoelectric Actuator

A thermoelectric actuator uses a PTC resistor-heated thermal element. When operating voltage is applied, the PTC warms up and heats the thermal element, therefore switch the valve open and close.

Heating - Thermostatic Radiator

Thermostatic radiator valves are typically used for regulating liquid flow of heating systems (e.g. floor heating, heated ceiling or fancoil).

The radiator contains a thermal element can automatically control the opening of the valve to keep room temperature at the set value. This avoids temperature fluctuations and achieves considerable energy saving.

Sanitary - Thermostatic Mixing Valve

The thermostatic mixing valve is used for hot water systems for domestic applications, hotel and leisure facilities.

Its function is to maintain and limit mixed hot water to a desired, selectable temperature, in the event of water pressure or temperature vary suddenly, the mixing valve automatically adjusts water flow until the set temperature is reached, this reduces the risk of emitting water at an unsafe temperature.

Industrial Control

Thermostatic elements for use in industrial system of oil cooling, air intake and fuel injection.

The thermostat remains closed until the coolant reaches the opening point. The thermostat then progressively opens as the coolant increases to the optimum operating temperature, increasing the coolant flow to the radiator. Once the optimum operating temperature is reached, the thermostat progressively increases or decreases its opening in response to temperature changes, dynamically balancing the recirculation and coolant flow, to maintain the engine in the optimum temperature range as engine heat output, and ambient temperature change.

Freeze Protection Valve

The freeze protection valve is designed to preventing from freezing when the air temperature falls, avoiding possible damage to water pipes, solar, etc.

Thermal actuator inside the valve automatically opens when the ambient temperature dropped 3 °C, then causing minimum quantity of relatively warmer water flow toward the drain, reducing the chance of water freezing. Once ambient temperature rises up to 4 °C, the thermal actuator will shut the valve and stop flowing.

Ventilation System

Thermostatic diffusers are energy-saving system, working as individual control without electrical connections.

The thermostatic diffusers with a built-in thermal actuator, continuously adjust the volume of air flow (warm or cold) into the room, in response to room temperature.
