Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology.
It automatically identifies target objects and acquires relevant data through radio frequency signals. RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and identify multiple tags.
It is fast and convenient to operate.
Long-distance radio frequency is not afraid of dust pollution. Video identification technology is applied to the traveling distance calibration of bucket-wheel locomotive.
The basic working principle of radio frequency identification technology: after the tag enters the magnetic field, it contacts the radio frequency signal emitted by the decoder, sends out the information stored in the chip by the energy obtained by the induced current, or actively sends out the frequency signal.
The reader reads the information and decodes it, and sends it to the central information system for relevant data processing. If the IP address lock is unsuccessful through the AB software tool BOOTP-DHCP SERVE, you can try another way to modify the IP lock address. Firstly, thermostatic element on the back of the controller, the micro-knob switch is set to “A” IP 169.254.X.X (marked on the back of the controller). Connect the wire to the PC and open the input field of the browser to input the IP address of the compact identification controller. Then press the Enter key to confirm. After the hardware configuration is completed, open the new project of RSLogix5000 and add ETHERNET-MODULE module to the programming page I/O Configuration. Set the module’s properties, name, IP address, Input / Output size (see Figure 2). Import the required Add-on: (read PF_RFID_ReadData_1HD_1Time once, write PF_RFID_WriteData_1HD_1Time once), create the main program, read switch-single read, write switch-single write (see figure 3). After the parameters of read-write block are set correctly, write-write-write-once, read-only or read-continuously, the steps are as follows: write command, first place the carrier on the induction side of the read-write head, then write 50.save in the software program in the writedata tag library, then right-click on the toggle bit in Write, the program block corresponds, write to the carrier 50 (see figure 4). Then remove the toggle bit and write it.
If you want to test whether there are write commands, first put the carrier weight on the induction side of the read-write head, then Read right-click toggle bit, the program block corresponds, and then read the command in Readdata. The creation of the program is shown in Figure 6. After the creation and compilation are completed, the data can be read continuously, and the READ must be given a Toggle bit back block to re-read continuously (see Figure 7).
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology: RFID tags are commonly known as electronic tags. Readers and writers are devices for reading and writing of RFID tags. Antennas are devices and middleware for spatial transmission of radio frequency signals and establishment of wireless communication links between RFID tags and readers. ControlLogix is a framework control system. It integrates sequence control, process control, motion control and transmission control functions, and provides communication functions. This paper describes the connection of the Ethernet interface IC-KP2-1HB17-2V1D identification controller to the AB ControlLogix programmable controller. The test results show that the identification controller of IC-KP2-1HB17-2V1D can connect to the AB ControlLogix programmable controller.
