In China, there are few theoretical studies on the combustion of biomass briquette fuel. The study on the combustion mechanism and dynamic characteristics of biomass briquette fuel has just begun. The theory and data on the combustion of biomass briquette fuel have not been systematically put forward.
Straw manufacturing equipment was first introduced in the 1980s, and has formed a certain scale of production in recent years.
Explore the combustion characteristics of biomass fuel, develop the controller of biomass fuel stove, and minimize the net emissions of C02 and other harmful gases. In this paper, the design method and test results of an intelligent controller for biomass fuel stove are introduced in detail based on the actual production of a controller by the author.
The combustion principle and combustion characteristics of biomass fuel are analyzed and experimentation, and the best scheme of system control is found.
By collecting the temperature in the stove, the size of the feeding material can be automatically adjusted by using PLC control technology. Air volume is adjusted according to gear.
The automatic control of water level is realized by detecting water level. The system takes PLC as the controller and realizes the visual touch human-machine interface in operation. Start-up system self-check, in the combustion process of data timely transmission to the screen, first alarm and then automatic shutdown. Firstly, the size of the feed is adjusted by the temperature and emission after combustion, so that the biomass fuel can be burned more fully and the net emission of harmful gases such as C02 is smaller.
Secondly, the touch screen is used as the human-computer interaction interface, which integrates the operation and display, and displays the real-time temperature, thermostatic element air volume and material quantity as well as the operation status of the equipment. The touch screen design interface is shown in Figure 1.
Through the programming of PLC and touch screen, it basically meets the design requirements. In the test, there are many different problems, one of which is solved slowly. Finally, it meets the requirements.

Through the research of the subject, on the one hand, it can provide an intelligent control equipment for the equipment manufacturer which uses biomass as fuel, on the other hand, it can make due contribution to energy saving and emission reduction in China.
