With the continuous development of modern computer technology, the automation technology and level of pumping stations in China are constantly improving, but there are also some problems and shortcomings in the practical application and operation of pumping station automation system. This paper presents an automatic pumping station system based on Intelligent controller, which is the same as the conventional man-machine interface, realizes the automatic operation of pumping station operation and management environment, and ensures the safety and stability of pumping station system equipment. Modern pumping stations are widely used in urban water supply, irrigation, drainage and other aspects, and closely related to production and life.
With the development and perfection of automation technology, the automatic control system of pumping station can integrate control, operation and management to realize the automation and intellectualization of pumping station control. This paper analyses some problems existing in pumping station automation system, and discusses the solution of pumping station automation system based on Intelligent controller. Most of the pumping station automation systems in our country mainly adopt the distributed computer monitoring system based on programmable logic controller (PLC).
The configuration of PLC is flexible, with strong security, reliability and adaptability, but its openness is not strong. The cost of using PLC in the automation system of small and medium-sized pumping stations is too high [1]. The automation system is not suitable for small pumping stations. On the contrary, it will increase the construction operation steps of small pumping stations, resulting in waste of resources and affecting the realization of system functions of small pumping stations. At present, there are also some problems in the pumping stations using automation system in our country, such as imperfect overall system, unreasonable function design, paying attention to automation, neglecting management, lack of equipment maintenance measures, etc. Even the automation system is paralysed after a period of operation, coupled with the lack of technical personnel, which makes it impossible to play its function in actual operation. In order to solve the current situation and problems of pumping station automation system in our country, this paper presents an intelligent controller-based pumping station automation system. Its main functions include pumping station electrical quantity acquisition, water level acquisition, alarm, one-button start-up, automatic start-up, remote control and so on. The conventional operation button of the pump station automation system based on intelligent controller is in accordance with the operation of the general control system, which is conducive to the quick realization of the intelligent operation of the operator. The controller of pumping station automation system is set in the conventional electric cabinet.
The two are in one. The steps of setting separate control cabinet are omitted and space and wiring are saved effectively. The core of the system is the controller.
The intelligent system of the pumping station is mainly composed of the feeder cabinet, the pump control cabinet, the reactive power compensation cabinet, the station distribution cabinet and the safety prevention system. Among them, the functions of the starting cabinet of the intake line mainly include access to the general intake line power supply, protection of the relay of the intake line, intelligent control of the pump station, collection and exchange of information data, operation status and parameter reminder, etc. The functions of the starting and stopping of the control cabinet of the pump station in the whole system include automatic starting and stopping, relay protection of the motor, operation status and parameter reminder, etc. The distribution of the pump station is completed by the distribution cabinet of the station. The safety prevention system can guarantee the security of the system and play the role of warning signal [2]. The intelligent controller of pumping station has three modes of starting pumps: one-button start-up, automatic start-up of water level and remote control start-up. The whole device controls the operation of inlet and outlet gates at the same time during the start-up process. If the gate operation fails, the system will carry out signal warning until the signal warning returns to normal, then the pump start-up operation can be carried out twice. One of the keys is the same in the operation of the traditional water system, which is convenient for the quick operation of the staff; the automatic start-up of water level is based on the operation of the pump under the condition of water level, which ensures the system operation under the condition of unattended pump station; the remote remote start-up is the remote control operation by using intelligent controller after accepting the start-up command of the main station. The intelligent controller of the pumping station monitors the operation status of the pumping station in real time and sends the information to the main station in time. When the working pump fails, it will stop. At this time, the system will automatically choose to start the standby pump for operation, which can control the impact of the failure on the pump station system. The intelligent controller of pumping station has three stopping modes: one-click stopping, automatic water level stopping and remote control stopping. After receiving the stopping order, the intelligent controller of pumping station will issue the stopping order centrally to all pumps in the system under its control. If the “closing control of the outlet gate” is displayed in the system and put into use, the system will automatically complete the actual operation of the outlet gate closing after the pump stops automatically. In the operation of closing the outlet gate of the system, if the outlet gate is completely closed, it indicates that the system has completed the closing operation of the automatic control outlet gate. Otherwise, the system will automatically issue a warning, alarm and sound a warning sound of “failure action of gate operation”. If the “closing control of the outlet gate” is completely displayed in the system, it means that no relevant practical operation is needed. If the “Intake Gate Closing Control” is displayed in the system and put into use, the system will automatically operate and complete the closure of the Intake Gate after the stop of the pumping station. In the operation of the intake gate, if the intake gate is completely closed, it indicates that the control of the intake gate is completed, otherwise the system will automatically issue a warning warning and report the “failure action of gate operation”. If the “closing control of the intake gate” completely shows the exit in the system, it means that no relevant practical operation is needed. Pump intelligent protection controller is installed in the pump control cabinet of the system structure. Its function is to complete the automation control of the pump station in situ and effectively guarantee the realization of motor relay function. Pump intelligent protection controller plays an important executive role in the whole intelligent control system. In the automatic state, the function of the intelligent pump protection controller is to execute on-site operation and remote start-up of the main station according to the command of the main station, while in the standby state, its main function is to execute standby start-up operation according to the command of the main station. The start-up of intelligent pump protection controller is also carried out in accordance with the steps. Its main steps include judging the starting conditions of the system, completing the control operation of the gate valve, judging the position of the gate valve, completing the step-down start and realizing full-pressure operation. If there are obstacles or blockages in the start-up process of the intelligent pump protection controller, the system will immediately give an alarm to warn and issue a full stop operation life.
Stop operation after command. Parking can also be performed by human operation, including local parking and remote control parking at the main station. If the system fails and obstructs alarm warning during booting, the system will automatically implement shutdown operation. In the execution of the protection state, if the system sends out the stop command signal, the shutdown operation will not be performed immediately in this case, but if the shutdown operation is needed at the same time, the protection and shutdown operation of the gate valve can be realized by using the exit programming [4]. The intelligent controller of pumping station is connected with the protection controller of pumping unit by serial communication. The intelligent controller of pumping station is the main station of the system.
It can connect 16 protection controllers of pumping unit at the same time, and complete the operation of one key start-up, water level start-up and remote control start-up of pumping unit. The intelligent system of pumping station uses advanced expert control system technology of pumping station.
