People put forward certain requirements for the control accuracy and safety of tax-controlled fuel tanker controller. To a certain extent, the use of FPGA in tax-controlled fuel tanker controller can facilitate the research of tax-controlled fuel tanker. The application of FPGA controller in the control of tax-controlled fuel tanker in western countries has become more and more important. Generally, due to various objective reasons, there are many problems in the current tax controlled fuel dispenser control work in China, which can not effectively solve the modern tax controlled fuel situation, and has a certain impact on the accuracy and integrity of the control results of the tax controlled fuel dispenser. This paper summarizes the classification and development of programmable logic devices based on the development technology of FPGA, analyses the types and characteristics of tax-controlled refueling intelligent controller, and probes into the implementation process of the tax-controlled refueling controller based on FPGA, hoping to give some inspiration to the relevant researchers.
Programmable logic devices need to read data from many aspects and large-scale array logic. At present, there are three kinds of programmable logic devices: PAL/GAL, CPLD and FPGA. Because of the simple structure of PAL/GAL, the density of programmable units is less. After a period of development, CPLD is developed. This kind of programming can program logic units and functional modules at the same time. Enough high-speed interface conversion, bus control and other work. With high integration, the editability of FPGA can gradually replace the traditional digital components. The current FPGA integrates the processing cores of DSP and CPU, optimizes the structure of various functions, and integrates them systematically. With the increasing density of its logic units and the increasing cost, this technology has become the preferred device for complex digital circuit design [2-3]. The basic components of the FPGA can be edited by logic units to a certain extent. The embedded RAM can distribute the devices in the middle array by combining wiring resources, functional units and embedded dedicated hard cores. The programmable input units can provide the port connection logic outside the devices. The components of the devices can be interconnected by programmable interconnection resources throughout the devices. The performance characteristics of the multi-unit connection system are as follows: using SRAM programming technology, the FPGA devices can process high-speed logic and large-scale programming devices; having a variety of IO ports, the FPGA can carry out extremely complex functional unit design; using distributed resources for flexible wiring, and programmed to achieve various numbers of sequential logic. The basic requirement of word circuit system is that single-port RAM and FIFO circuits with programmable, thermostatic element high-speed embedding can be adopted, which greatly enhances the application scope of this system. Tax control motherboard has metering microprocessor, monitoring microprocessor, tax control memory and other devices. Time sequence has many storage functions and excuses. The system has the following characteristics: the chip can carry out fuel metering, refueling control, data display and monitoring communication functions; the interface protocol between fuel metering data and the national tax-controlled fuel monitoring microprocessor; the chip has IIC bus interface module, which can effectively realize the direct connection of IIC in its pure initial stage; the driver of the processor and the program disorder can be reset independently and to a certain extent. Improve the stability of the chip. Intelligent control chip of tax-controlled refueling machine has control function to realize the components of tax-controlled refueling machine. When monitoring and controlling the switching operation of motor and electromagnetism, different shut-off quantities can be saved through IIC bus interface transmission. Intelligent control chip receives the pulse signal transmitted by measurement conversion device. Tax control function will automatically lock in the single-schedule data transmission. The monitoring function can query the data and ensure the stability of the system when monitoring.

The system is tested and validated. To sum up, the density of FPGA is getting higher and lower, and the price is getting lower and lower. It can solve the complex digital circuit problems. Its main characteristics are SRAM programming technology, high-speed processing logic, large-scale programming devices, multiple ports, programmable and high-speed embedding. The author has carefully analyzed and studied the tax-controlled refueling intelligent controller system. It is necessary to understand the structure and characteristics of the system and the function of intelligent control system. It is hoped that this paper will provide some inspiration for the relevant researchers to realize the controller of tax-controlled fuel tanker from the aspects of understanding the design principle and process of the FPGA for the controller of tax-controlled fuel tanker and building system software.
