The medium wave transmitter in Guangxi uses the controller in the generator to monitor the working condition of the generator’s operation system in the equipment; the sensor is the sensitive element which includes the bearing body and the circuit connection. All the sensors on the generator are connected with the intelligent instrument, and the oil pressure and diesel oil of the generator are set up by the intelligent instrument when the generator works normally. If the parameters such as machine water temperature are not in the range of parameters, the intelligent instrument will send an alarm signal; when the controllers are in use, there have been several failures, and the maintenance cost is very high. Moreover, all the controllers can not transmit the signal to the communication interface of long-distance communication, and can not respond to the generator. We design a generator controller on the basis of STC MCU, which has all the original functions, but only designed a communication interface to facilitate the remote monitoring of the generator in the running state. This controller is easy to upgrade, maintain and reduce. The advantages of low cost can play a very good role in practical application. In view of the fact that the generator controller of Guangxi Fangcheng Zhongbo Station has many faults, difficult maintenance and high cost, we have developed an intelligent remote monitoring system, which can monitor the operation of the generator controller. In order to realize the intelligent remote monitoring, we need to add a communication interface to the original controller. The design only adds communication interface on the original basis, reduces the economic burden of generator maintenance, reduces the difficulty of fault maintenance, realizes remote monitoring, and has a certain necessity for the development of new generator controller. As shown in Figure 1. ATS remote control, manual control, automatic control three functions, they can switch between each other.
ATS switching cabinet can receive the signal whether the generator is generating or not; ATS remote control function: whether there is electricity in the market or not, the starting and stopping of the generator are controlled by ATS automatic switching function; manual control function: whether there is electricity in the market or not, the generator can be stopped or started directly on the generator operation panel; automatic control function. Function: In the automatic state, if there is electricity in the city, we do not start the generator; the electricity supply in the city is abnormal or there is no electricity supply at all.
At the same time, when the ATS control cabinet gives an alarm of abnormal external electric signals, the generator can start automatically; after the generator generates electricity successfully, it sends signals to the ATS control cabinet to switch power supply, and automatically selects the electricity in the city to negative. On-load power supply; after the city power becomes the original normal working state, the generator operation power supply is stopped. If the automatic switching screen detects that the city power is abnormal, the generator power supply must be restored immediately.
Strict detection of generator voltage state, water temperature state, oil pressure state. Fault shutdown function: No matter what kind of working state the generator is in, if there is a fault of generator voltage, water temperature and oil pressure, we must start the fault shutdown function immediately. Fault shutdown self-locking function: Generator shutdown caused by fault, no matter what the situation can not start the work of the generator; after completing the function of fault clearing and resetting, the generator can start normally. Fault zero-clearing and reset function: switch to reset position, complete the function of fault zero-clearing and reset. Communication function: It can communicate with the computer that sends out the control command directly. We use STC89C52 MCU as the control core of the controller. STC type MCU has good stability and strong function. It has strong adaptability to voltage, wide voltage supply, high resistance to static electricity and little interference. The working state of this kind of MCU has little restriction on temperature; MCU is the central processing unit, read-only memory. Storage, RAM timer chip and some input and output interface circuits are integrated in a microcontroller chip. Our mastery of the current microcontroller technology is relatively mature, and the application is simple and convenient. Because the original generator controller is equipped with intelligent instruments, which can detect the state of power generation, oil pressure and water temperature. Whether the state is within the normal range specified, whether the generator works properly corresponds to its intelligent instrument can be detected, high level is the normal state displayed by the intelligent instrument, and low level is the fault state; if any of the three kinds of fault detection of generator voltage, thermostatic element water temperature state and oil pressure state, it must be detected. The generator controller is immediately controlled to stop; the throttle and the starter motor are used to control the generator; the control program of the throttle and the starter motor is output by a single-chip microcomputer, and the control relay is operated to execute the control instructions. The operation button on the control panel is designed as a key switch, which has three gears: manual start, reset stop and automatic function; when the manual start function is in the gears, the control of the generator is not affected by the signal of ATS automatic switch screen, and the start of the generator can be completed directly by the controller; the generating voltage, water temperature and oil pressure of the generator These states can be displayed on the control panel; the controller has 232 communication interface, which connects the upper computer and monitors and controls. The software task of the controller is to judge the state of the generator and the start and stop of the generator; the control method of the generator: start the remote control of ATS control cabinet; start the manual operation of the panel; the start process of the two control modes is the same; the first door throttle is the start process of the generator, to detect the oil pressure state, without oil. The motor can be started only when it is pressed, and the motor can drive the generator to start. The software programming is completed by the computer C language, and the software design consists of four parts. It initializes all interface states so that the device waits for instructions. It consists of three parts: fault protection, automatic and manual stopping of generator; fault protection stopping refers to the stopping of generator as long as there is an abnormal voltage, water temperature and oil pressure during the operation of generator; automatic stopping refers to the stopping of generator when the equipment is in an automatic state and there is no remote self-starting signal; manual stopping refers to detection. The key switch determines whether the generator can be stopped.
Remote self-startup is that the key switch starts the generator in the automatic state when the remote start signal is transmitted by the automatic switching screen.
It is the detection of the voltage state, water temperature state and oil pressure state of the generator. If any fault occurs, the generator should be stopped, so as to protect the safety of the generator equipment. Based on STC MCU system, the function of generator controller is completed, and a communication interface is added on the original basis, which provides convenience for the remote control target. The new generator controller has been able to operate successfully on the generator through long-term test, and the working state is stable. When there is a fault, the generator can stop automatically. It protects the safety of the equipment; Successful development of generator controller is of great significance to the country, which is an important application.
It proves that the design is reasonable, the function is complete, the installation is convenient, the installation is simple and practical, and it can be quickly repaired and replaced, which facilitates the development and maintenance of the generator, reduces the cost of maintenance, and the technical palm of the new generator controller. Holding in our own hands, this generator controller has been popularized in the application of radio and television systems, and paves the way for further research.
