[Learning Situation Analysis] The object of instruction is the second-year students majoring in electronic technology application. In order to reduce the occurrence of false loading and missing loading and the cost of practice and training, 3D virtual simulation software was used to assist teaching. Knowledge Objectives: Can tell the working principle of multi-function controller, and can elaborate on the structure of multi-function controller. Skill objectives: to read circuit schematic diagram; to install and debug multi-functional controller correctly; to repair simple faults of multi-functional controller. Students practice repeatedly on IPAD using 3D simulation installation software. Teachers show the situation of each group synchronously. They need to master the technical requirements and operation specifications of circuit installation. Designing Intention: In line with the concept of green environmental protection, simulation operation leads the actual assembly and reduces physical loss; IPAD simulation exercises can not only test students’preview situation before class, but also improve students’ confidence in physical installation.
