This paper analyses the basic overview of the driver controller, expounds the fault of the driver controller, and finally summarizes the overhaul fault of the driver controller. Through the analysis, we hope to further clarify the problems of driver controller, ensure the normal use of driver controller, and improve the safety and stability of metro vehicle operation. The driver controller of metro vehicle contains most of the main operating parts of Metro vehicle, including the main control key, traction system control handle and metro operation mode selector. In the normal operation of Metro vehicles, the driver first opens the main control system through the driver’s key and sets the train running state as ON, then the driver’s controller can be used. In addition, the main functional component of driver controller is mode selector, which includes six operation modes of metro train operation, namely automatic train operation (ATO), coded manual control (CM), restricted manual forward (RMF), restricted manual reverse (RMR), cleaning mode (WM) and idle train stop mode (OFF).
It is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of metro trains and an important factor affecting the stability and safety of metro trains to clarify the main control components and control functions of the driver controller. Driver’s key is the necessary condition to activate the driver’s controller of Metro train. When the driver’s key is activated, the driver’s key opens and closes the controller through the cam mechanism on the connecting rod below the controller. The possible malfunction of driver’s key operation is that the connecting rod facilities are relatively fragile, once it is exposed to the outside world. The impact force, such as excessive operation or extrusion of other equipment during disassembly and maintenance, causes the bending of connecting rods or the dislocation of key locks, affects the opening and closing of drivers’keys, causes serious consequences of inactivation of Metro trains, and affects the operation arrangement of Metro trains. DSD device is an alarm button of driver’s controller. It is mainly used for alarming and prompting of bolt loosening or stuck in the process of running a metro train. At present, the frequency of DSD devices used in the operation of metro trains in our country is relatively high. Failure of DSD devices will affect whether the vehicle can be put into operation normally, and will also affect the validity of the driver’s judgment on the failure of Metro vehicles, increase the difficulty of troubleshooting and handling, cause abnormal driving arrangements such as vehicle delays, and ultimately affect the urban track. Traffic efficiency. The components of driver’s controller that involve the operation of micro-switch include driver’s key, mode selector and driving handle of traction system. The operation of these components belongs to the conversion operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through micro-switch.
The schematic diagram of micro-switch is shown in Fig. 1. The mechanical conversion message is transmitted by micro-switch. The number is converted into electric signal, so that the corresponding control signal is given to the overall operation of the Metro train, and the operation control of the metro train is effectively carried out. Frequent faults of micro-switch in driver’s controller are the high frequency of contact operation inside micro-switch, the phenomenon of arc-drawing and line burning, which have an impact on the signal conversion and transmission process of micro-switch, resulting in errors in operation command and signal transmission of train and vehicle, and affecting the normal operation of vehicle. In addition to the problems and faults of the electrical equipment and lines in the driver’s controller, there are still many mechanical equipment and connection structures in the driver’s controller. Because the time arrangement of the metro train is relatively close, the vibration intensity produced by the train is relatively high, which destroys the mechanical structure in the controller and leads to the mechanical parts to come out. Now the problem of wear and tear will cause irreparable damage to the mechanical structure of the driver’s controller when the problem accumulates to a certain extent. In addition, some mechanical structures have some installation defects when they are installed, which will also cause mechanical faults such as loosening of fixed screw and displacement of cam mechanism in the normal operation of trains, which will affect the normal operation of metro trains [2]. The appearance cleaning and inspection of driver’s controller is mainly aimed at the troubleshooting of the mechanical structure in the controller.
The scheme of daily cleaning, maintenance and periodic comprehensive inspection is adopted, and cleaning tools such as brushes and non-woven fabrics are used to clean up the accumulated dust inside the controller. At the same time, attention should be paid to the use of professional electrical equipment, line cleaning tools and detergents to clean the electrical contacts and lines inside the controller. In addition, in addition to paying attention to the cleaning of mechanical equipment inside the controller, attention should also be paid to the maintenance of lines and connections, such as lubrication of mechanical fastening parts. After completing the appearance cleaning and inspection work, record the information of the controller cleaning and inspection, so as to facilitate the maintenance work arrangement in the future. Maintenance of driver’s controller components focuses on the professional measurement of the electrical equipment inside the controller, including the contact resistance value of the micro switch. Once the measured resistance results do not meet the requirements, the micro switch should be replaced in time to avoid greater economic losses and safety accidents. At the same time, we should also pay attention to check the switch and connecting cable of the DSD device inside the controller.
After checking, we should pay attention to restoring the cover and appearance of the controller. Finally, we should close the working state of the controller through the driver’s key. In summary, driver controller is the key component of Metro train, which directly affects the stability and safety of metro train operation. At present, because the driver controller is deeply influenced by objective factors, there are many train running faults, which have a certain harm to the normal operation of the train. Therefore, thermostatic element we need to pay attention to and clarify the problems of the driver controller.
