User Boundary Switch Controller (FTU) is a common automation device in 10 kV overhead lines.
It can realize the functions of remote measurement, remote communication and remote control of switches. FTU plays an important role in the reliability of power supply in distribution network. The lower part of the user demarcation switch controller of distribution automation installed on the column of distribution line is open, and the operating handle and protective screen are all exposed outside. The installation height of the switch controller of distribution automation is about 2.5m from the ground. This can facilitate the electric operation, debugging and setting of the automatic switch for the secondary operation and maintenance personnel of distribution line. Value.
At present, the design of FTU is basically the same, the bottom is open design, equipped with wiring jacks, grounding piles, LED indicator lights, control boxes and knob handles, and are exposed, without any shielding device. In order to facilitate the inspection and operation of operation and maintenance personnel, the installation position of FTU on the pole is relatively lower, about 2.5m from the ground.
It also brings some hidden dangers to equipment and people: if the relevant personnel (other units construction personnel, hackers, spies, target competitors, social idlers) approach and manually pull the FTU switch, it will cause regional power outages, affect the quality of power supply, and even cause serious accidents; it is easy to be damaged by external forces (stones, branches, etc.).
It is easy to be infiltrated by dust, which affects the safety of distribution network and the life of FTU. After investigation and visits, there is no clear plan to solve the above hidden dangers and problems.
Most of the methods are to send more personnel to inspect or strengthen inspection, but these methods not only consume a lot of manpower and material resources, but also have no significant effect.
FTU anti-misoperation device (see Figure 3): An anti-misoperation device is installed at the opening of the bottom of FTU. The device shields the bottom opening of FTU, attaches an electronic lock, and protects the control box and the rotary handle. At the same time, both the control line and the power line can pass through the two sides of the locking device, and the control line and the power line can not pass through the interface without unlocking. Pull out.
Fig. 2 is the side view and elevation view of the anti-misoperation device, which consists of three parts: fixed part, locking part and sealing box. The function of the fixing part is to fix the locking device to the lower end of the FTU shell by pulling rivets; the locking part is composed of the lock nose and the password lock controlled by APP, which has the function of anti-disassembly; the sealing box is made of non-embroidered steel, and its length can just cover the operating handle and the protective screen. After installing the device, it is not necessary to arrange additional personnel to inspect it when it is in normal operation. Only when it is in trouble, it can be maintained.
The device adopts a more comprehensive closed design, which provides mechanical protection for the operating mechanism at the bottom of FTU, and has an electronic lock, which can not be operated and destroyed by irrelevant personnel, thus ensuring the reliability of power supply; moreover, the electronic lock has a recording function, and the unlocking record can be uploaded, so it is convenient for people to fulfill their duties after problems occur.
Power and control wires can be drawn from slotted perforations without affecting their routing and device operation, and without opening the device, the conductor can not be pulled out from the outlet, thus preventing malicious ring breaking behavior and loosening of the conductor plug due to long-term operation.
The protective device is made of steel plate, which can effectively prevent the interference of external electromagnetic waves, especially the electromagnetic waves generated by the adjacent lines, on the components of FTU. The device effectively prevents the influence of bad environment and bad weather on FTU, prevents the invasion of wind and dust and the entry of rain water, improves the life of FTU, thermostatic element reduces the maintenance rate of FTU, and greatly improves the security level of power grid.
