In engineering machinery, the controller is undoubtedly the key. The construction machinery controller can obtain the operation status of each part of the machinery and control every step of the machinery. Therefore, how to ensure the accuracy and flexibility of the mechanical controller is an important way to improve the stability and safety of the construction machinery operation.
Based on these considerations, this paper analyses the general situation of the current domestic and foreign construction machinery controllers, the composition and working principle of the controllers, and proposes three new mechanical control technologies combined with the technology of the construction machinery controllers.
It is hoped that the discussion in this paper can provide reference and suggestions for relevant departments. With the continuous development of computer technology and electronic technology, at present, the construction machine controller has basically realized the transformation from Circuit Control Technology to Programmable Control Technology.
In practical work, it is found that the control ability, data analysis and processing ability of the new construction machinery controller have been greatly improved compared with the past, which directly promotes the field of construction machinery to enter a broader development space. In order to further realize the real-time and fixed-point control of construction machinery, relevant departments should constantly introduce more new scientific technologies, such as Ethernet Fieldbus control, embedded PLC control, power matching system control of hydraulic system of construction machinery, so as to continuously improve the accuracy and stability of operation of construction machinery and make it more intelligent. The direction of energy and automation is developing. As far as China is concerned, the research on controllers in the field of construction machinery started later than that in foreign countries, which also led to the use of foreign imported equipment in the field of construction machinery controllers. Internationally, most of the design of construction machinery controller is based on PLC mode, such as the famous Siemens, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Group and other international companies, but the construction machinery controller produced by them often lacks supporting operation system, and there are some problems in use. 。 In addition, the research on construction machinery microcontrollers abroad is another mainstream. It has been realized that various kinds of mechanical control can be carried out by inserting software into microcontrollers.
Moreover, globally, in the field of engineering machinery controller and control technology, the major R
