At present, the model of hardware integrated controller used by Jilin Meteorological Bureau is DPZC-1. The hardware integrated controller consists of software (communication control software driver and SMOPORT software), hardware (communication control module, photoelectric conversion cat, optical fiber, network equipment). This paper mainly introduces the composition and working principle of the hardware integrated controller, and provides reasonable safeguard and maintenance methods and fault treatment methods for the operation and maintenance of the actual work. At the same time, the maintenance method and fault treatment method of hardware integrated controller are described.
PC machines currently used and backed up for ground integrated observation business are all single network cards. In the process of data backup in operation, it is very easy for ISOS software to collect only part of the data or alarm data of ISOS software to be missing, minute data and decimal data to be lost. After real-time data acquisition, serial communication through the main collector will occur. It is transmitted to the hardware integrated controller and then to the PC through the ethernet.
The communication mode composed of hardware integrated controller and its equipment, ISOS software of PC terminal and network equipment not only requires business personnel to check the running state of equipment regularly, to understand the communication principle and operation principle of equipment, but also needs to have a certain network maintenance basis to make hardware integrated controller. Maintenance becomes complex and troubleshooting is not easy to detect. At present, the hardware integrated controller is DPZC-1. The serial port to Ethernet interface of communication control module is connected with the RJ45 interface of optical fiber to ethernet. The optical fiber transceiver interface of the device is connected with 1300nm multimode optical fiber, and the photoelectric conversion module of PC terminal is connected. The interface of main collector and communication control module is mainly RS232 communication line. When the bending of optical fibers is less than 120 degrees in connection equipment and moving equipment, or when the external force is too squeezed, the optical fibers can not transmit data. The ISOS software of PC terminal can not collect data, and the data are missing. PC terminal regularly checks the running status of PC terminal, network card driver, network card connection, network equipment operation and so on. When the PC terminal is placed in a humid or dusty environment or the output voltage of the terminal power supply of the PC is abnormal, the network card will be short-circuited and the PC can not collect data. The switch power supply periodically checks whether the communication module controller and the photoelectric conversion cat work within the rated voltage and power, and whether the output voltage of the switch power supply is normal. When the circuit is overloaded or the supply voltage is about 9V, the equipment is in a low-voltage supply environment, which results in the loss of data in transmission. It is easy for ISOS software of PC terminal to collect only part of the data. The equipment indicator lamp observes the status of the indicator lamp and interprets the operation status of the equipment. Communication control module: PWR lamp is power supply indicator; R and T are data receiving and sending indicator lamp. Because data need to be accessed to PC database through equipment, R indicator of photoelectric conversion cat T indicator and communication control module are normally on, T indicator of photoelectric conversion cat R indicator and communication control module are usually flashing. Hardware Integrated Controller Driver (SMOPORT) opens the SMOPORT software and clicks on the connection device to see if the software is normal.

Because part of the hardware has the function of full duplex or half duplex, comtonet, nettocom service and corresponding virtual serial port have been opened in the driver of hardware integration controller on backup PC. If two machines open SMOPORT software at the same time, the data on both PCs can not be collected and downloaded normally, resulting in some data missing in each PC. 。 When backing up the data of PC on-line, first shut down the ISOS software and SMOPRT software, then insert the wire to copy the data. View IP to open SMOPORT software, connect the specified IP to the integrated controller module; Ping integrated controller module IP, check whether the network is smooth. IP conflict SMOPORT software configures IP for integrated controller module. If IP address conflict causes one party to collide and drop, network connection is intermittent, PC terminal ISOS software collects part of the data. Network equipment periodically checks whether network equipment (router, switch) is running normally. When the network equipment is in a false dead state or fails, the data can not enter the PC through the network, and the ISOS software of the PC terminal can not collect the data, all the data are missing. If the network is unstable or blocked, the data will be lost in the transmission process, and only part of the data can be collected by ISOS software of PC terminal.
Through the composition, working principle and communication mode of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller, this paper expounds the causes of easy failure and points for attention, and puts forward solutions. At the same time, it is found that some problems are caused by improper operation of business personnel. It is hoped that business personnel can explore and master DPZ1 integrated hardware set more skillfully.
